In due time, well over 2000 years BC a great Person of planet Earth – Archimed revealed a “secret” – the way how to carry out the apocalypse of planet EARTH: “give me the supporting point, and I’ll turn up the earth…!” But at that time this great Person just did not know that this planet has the form of ELLIPSOID, and not that of surface or sphere. A person of that time could not even imagine that this “sphere” is up to 71 percent covered with water and that the Person of the planet breathes “maternal” AIR. in the introductory clause of the Constitution of Russia – without delay: “We, the multiethnic people of Russia, speaking Russian natural language, speaking native languages of the ancestors”…and so on according to the text of the Constitution of Russia.
To write down in the 1st article of the Constitution of Russia:
“In Russia the state language over the whole territory is the Russian language, its live speech, as the means of everyday and informal communication” of people all over the territory of Russia. Foreign citizens, stateless people intending to stay on the territory of Russia for more than six months in a year – should know informal, everyday Russian language on the level of the basic general education or secondary professional education guaranteed by the Constitution of Russia for the Person of Russia. The movement of goods and services, financial assets to the territory of Russia from other countries should be carried out only with the use of the written Russian language alongside with other languages of other countries. The use of public, visual foreign written words on the territory of Russia (for advertising purposes, including clothes) – is persecuted under the law. Foreign citizens, stateless people, legal bodies who depreciate the Russian language and who have not mastered the Russian language for a certain period of time – should be deported from Russia without delay.
Russia as a state, government authorities of Russia, the President of Russia – carry out the preservation, respectful attitude to the Russian language, carry out studying and secure the Russian language in written language, in everyday and informal communication.
Although the prior point for Russia is to keep the books written in the Russian language and located in personal(home), public, school, high school libraries and other book storage on the territory of Russia as well as abroad – which should be easy of access to any Person of Russia.”
It should be written in the text of the Russian Anthem:
“Russia – with the Russian language as the help and support which is great, mighty, truthful, free – for our sacred state,…Brotherly union of the Russians and the Russian non-Russians for ages”,…(to repeat in three verses of the Anthem).
Standard Russian language should be deemed to be written words in books in Russian – by Pushkin, Dostoevskiy, Tolstoy, Chehov, Turgenev. The words of the last of them should be written in the introductory clause to the Constitution of Russia: “In the days of misgivings, in the days of distressing reflection over the fate of the motherland, you are the only my help and support, oh, the great, mighty, truthful and free Russian language! But for you – how not to be driven into despair after everything what is going on at home? One can not disbelieve that such a language had not been given to the great people!”, because: “There is no magic more powerful than the magic of words” (Gay Julius Caesar predicted, and that has been confirmed by the communication of people since the times of illuminators of the Slavic written language and culture Cyril and Methodius).
And “the names RUSSIA and the Russian Federation are equivalent”, and it should not be the other way around…”the cart is in front”!
Stopping and anticipating the starting apocalypse for the Person of Russia, for the Russian Person, for the Russian non-Russians, for Russia itself as the state is real; rephrasing Archimed with the supporting “point” for the powers that be: “give me the Independent public prosecutor of Russia – and those having power (MONEY) will be really afraid: of not following the Constitution of Russia, will and should be afraid of not following the laws of Russia and will love “their” Motherland with all responsibility – in front of the present and future generations! 2. LLC “Intermolus”
under the executory process of the 1st inter-district department in CAD SE in Moscow from 06.10.2005 (“flimflam lottery” of apartment selling), the debt is 2.788.810 (two million seven hundred and eighty eight thousand eighty and ten) roubles 33 kop., plus 195.216,72 rub of state money as the executive charges. The criminals also are not hiding from anybody…just “closed” the “company”.
3. Gorbachev Michail Sergeevich,
being the president of the USSR created the fond “Chernobyl” in the USA, to which he does not relate to even in moral sense, because he did EVERYTHING to prevent the WORLD from knowing about the planetary catastrophe and he made it look as a minor (“standard”) “accident” and made everything for the oblivion of this tragedy for the soviet people. The amount of the money got and existing money is not known. That is why Gorbachev is obliged to render an account of the money spent for benefit of the victims of the atomic “plague”.

By the way, Jury Michailovich, you have got very “selective” love for creating grounds for Russophobia – for example, on the 01st of February, 2000 (№78-пп) you decreed to build just a house at M.Tulskaya and Serpuhovskoy Val street crossing (SAD), but on the 27th of April, 2004 (286-пп) it was not just a house but the constructional project “Erevan House and Erevan Guest House” in the city of Moscow – the capital of Russia!. But you seem not to have taken into consideration that the Armenians as well know where “luzhok” sometimes refects. That was why on the 10th of August, 2005 there appeared the Minutes of the “working” meeting of Moscow mayor and Erevan mayor and immediately with the program of co-operation!?, under which “Erevan House” on the 04th of October, 2005 (745-пп) from Serpuhovskoy Val “rolled down”(at the speed - of about two months- just 56 days and no instances!, Russians and Russian non-Russians wish they “rolled down” in the same way, but not through turnstiles and the “only window” to curse “luzhok”!) – right you are – to the mayor refectory – the address is: Moscow, Sadovo-Spasskaya Street, 20 building 1, and by the way, the department of “luzhok” himself was assigned as the “state client for projecting and building” of Erevan SPIRIT. Jury Michailovich, never mind them, the Armenians, we are not to christen children with them…! But how have you acted with the Russians, Russian non-Russians? Eight legal bodies, about one thousand of working places on 3500 square metres, notwithstanding the fact that some establishments have got the “right of operative management – permanently”, they have a rent with you up to 2008/9/18! You just have done a simple thing, the Armenians came escorted by venal “group” of Petrov/ Silkin on “luzhok” authority with powers of attorney given to the Armenians who even were not registered in Moscow!, with the “support” of the police at the city level with threats, with impudence and threw the Russians into the street and made them pay “rent-in kind”. So, respected city administrator Jury Michailovich Luzhkov, you are due not only to me!

5. Stepashin Sergey Vadimovich,
being the Prime-minister of Russia appropriated for benefit of himself the money for the work of returning money of the former USSR from Switzerland at the amount about 600.000.000(six hundred million) of USD – for the work done by the team of the Independent public prosecutor of Russia (including Belov A.V. - the colleague of “hercules-falsestarter candidate in the President of Russia for 2008”, forgotten and betrayed by “hercules”).
And this fact had public confirmation, when Stepashin and Matvienko introduced the new Press Minister of Russia – Lesin – and wished health to the ex-minister of Goskompechat of Russia – Lapin. (Note: Shiyatyy substituted state post – the chief of legal management of Goskompechat of Russia).
As it is generally known that “gnomes” (in a very kind meaning of the word, the Swiss call themselves in common use) are over-punctual regarding agreements. That is why there are reasons to allege that Stepashin personally illegally obtained the money that he had not made, and regarding the fact that being the minister of the Chamber of Accounts of the Federal Meeting he “was hiding ” from Shiyatyy as that “student”.
The debt is about 50.000.000(fifty thousand) USD.
6. Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich,
the present President of Russia – for not securing my constitutional warranties as civil servant regarding the liquidation of Goskompechat of Russia since 01.10.1999 – and not appointing at the state post (the reason is that “non-of St. Petersburg”, so I allege that having the civil servant Shiyatyi in Putin’s team – Russia, every Person of Russia not only have not got “zurabov, ustinov, shoryh…and others”, most today people’s troubles could not have appeared during your Presidency. And the Person of Russia will get not only your words about “flies, cutlets and sniffles…” – the Russians, Russian non-Russians will get one motherland! Your personal debt is about 5.000.000 (five million) roubles.

Обращение Независимого прокурора России к Человеку планеты - В.В.З.
«ВОЗДУХ - ВОДА - ЗЕМЛЯ» :
В свое время, далеко за 2000 лет до н.э. великий Человек планеты ЗЕМЛЯ - Архимед выдал «тайну» - как осуществить апокалипсис планеты ЗЕМЛЯ: «дайте мне точку опоры и я переверну землю…!» Но тогда этот великий Человек просто не знал, что наша планета имеет форму ЭЛЛИПСОИДА, а не плоскости и не шара. Человек того времени даже не мог представить, что этот «шар» на 71%! - покрыт ВОДОЙ и что Человек планеты дышит "материнским" ВОЗДУХОМ. Теперь Человек планеты знает, что без ВОЗДУХА Человек не проживет и нескольких десятков секунд, без ВОДЫ Человек на планете исчезнет через n_ное количество суток. Перемещение товаров, услуг, финансовых средств на территорию России из иногосударств осуществляется только с применением письменного русского языка наряду с иными языками иногосударств. Использование на территории России публичных, наглядных иностранных письменных слов (в рекламных целях, в том числе на одежде) – преследуется по закону. Иностранные граждане, лица без гражданства, юридические лица – умаляющие русский язык, не овладевшие русским языком в установленные сроки – депортируются из России незамедлительно.
Россия, как государство, государственная власть России, Президент России – осуществляют сбережение, уважительное отношение к русскому языку, осуществляют учебу и обеспечивают защиту РУССКОГО ЯЗЫКА - в письменности, в бытовом и разговорном общении.
При этом приоритетным для России является – сохранение книг написанных на русском языке и находящихся в частных (домашних), публичных, школьных, вузовских библиотеках и прочих хранилищах книг как на территории России так и за рубежом – которые должны быть доступны каждому Человеку России».

Эталоном русского языка считать написанные слова в книгах на русском языке – Пушкиным, Достоевским, Толстым, Чеховым, Тургеневым. Слова которого должны быть также записаны в преамбуле Конституции России: «Во дни сомнений, во дни тягостных раздумий о судьбах моей родины, ты один мне поддержка и опора, о великий, могучий, правдивый и свободный русский язык! Не будь тебя – как не впасть в отчаяние при виде всего, что совершается дома? Но нельзя верить, чтобы такой язык не был дан великому народу!», поскольку: «Нет магии сильней, чем магия слов» (предсказал - Гай Юлий Цезарь, что подтверждено общением людей со времен просветителей славянской письменности и культуры Кирилла и Мефодия).
При этом «Наименование РОССИЯ и Российская Федерация равнозначны», а не наоборот… «телега впереди»!
Остановить и предвосхитить начавшийся апокалипсис для Человека России, для русского Человека, для русских инородцев, для самой России, как государства – реально, перефразируя Архимеда с «точкой» опоры для власть имущих: «дайте мне Независимого прокурора России – и власть (ДЕНЬГИ) держащие будут действительно бояться: не соблюдать Конституцию России, будут и должны бояться не исполнять законы России и возлюбят «свою» Родину ответственно - перед нынешними и будущими поколениями! (А кто не возлюбит Человека России – тот «успеет» улететь на своем личном самолете или космическом «корабле»).

К сожалению, чтобы Независимый прокурор России появился – его тоже нужно «купить/создать/научить» на деньги, но на деньги от чистых помыслов, на деньги от покаяния (той же семьи ельцына, горбачева (почетного гражданина Германии!), березовско-гусинско-смоленско-ходорковского (всеядно/много гражданских) и всей «золотой» сотне…) и нас, «простых смертных».
Поэтому обращаюсь к Человеку, к людям, к народу планеты ВОЗДУХ-ВОДА-ЗЕМЛЯ :
«поделитесь» («скиньтесь» - как Вас просит писатель/ЕВРЕЙ - Э.Тополь) деньгами - не от своего «пирога»;
поделитесь, кому по силам (помогите – это прошу я – де-факто Независимый прокурор России) – от своего «пирога» - на благо многонационального народа России, на благо каждого Человека нашей Родины – ДРУГОЙ НЕ ДАНО и эта может исчезнуть с нами – без «точки опоры»: исчезнет - без Независимого прокурора России!
Кому понятен смысл сегодняшнего бытия, кому понятно, что ЗАВТРА - уже может и не наступить, кто осознал механизм «точки опоры» уничтожения Человека России и кто созрел к жесткому, незамедлительному варианту - «не жевать и чужие сопли»: свои, к сожалению, жуем с подачи чубайсиков и кто созрел - отделить «мух» - понимай Моисея, как первофашиста, перворасиста (Ветхий завет, Библия. - по исполнительному производству 1-го межрайонного отдела по ЦАО ГУ ФСС по г. Москве от 06.10.2005 года («лохотрон» по продаже квартир) – долг: 2.788.810 (два миллиона семьсот восемьдесят восемь тысяч восемьсот десять) руб. 33 коп., плюс – 195.216,72р. ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ денег, как исполнительного сбора. Также преступники ни от кого не прячутся… «закрыли» «фирму». |

Горбачев Михаил Сергеевич,
 будучи президентом СССР создал в Америке фонд «Чернобыль», к которому не имеет отношения даже в моральном плане, поскольку делал ВСЕ, чтобы МИР не узнал о планетарной катастрофе и все сводил до уровня мелкой («штатной») « аварии» и забвения этой трагедии для советского народа. Количество полученных и имеющихся денег на этом счете не известно. Поэтому Горбачев обязан публично отчитаться за деньги «ликвидаторов» и перечислить всю сумму имеющихся и потраченных денег в пользу пострадавших людей от атомной «чумы». |

Лужков Юрий Михайлович
 – один гарантировал каждому Человеку России, в том числе мне – два автомобиля «ГАЗ – Волга» за один ваучер/долю собственности от моей большой Родины – СССР. Наш род вложил 50 (пятьдесят) «чубайсиков» в лужковский «лохотрон» недвижимости.
Долг от двоих («вершителей» моей жизни) составляет – 100(сто) шт. автомобилей «ГАЗ – Волга» или соответственно - шесть трехкомнатных квартир и трех гаражей (примечание: не КВАДРАТНЫХ МЕТРОВ!, как нам вешают «лапшу», тот же Ресин, в «достижениях» национальных проектов по квадратным метрам, – а именно в квартирах, мог ведь Чубайс объявить, что целых «двести тысяч гаечек и болтиков» мне причитается!) в районе «Новые Черемушки» ЮЗАО Москвы (теперь армянских кварталов и армянской школы. Вообще Юрий Михайлович, у Вас очень «избирательная» любовь на создание почвы для русофобии – например 01 февраля 2000г. (№78-пп) Вы постановили построить просто дом на пересечении улиц М.Тульская и Серпуховской Вал (ЮАО), но уже 27 апреля 2004 года (286-пп) это уже был не просто дом, а объект «ДОМ ЕРЕВАНА и ЕРЕВАНСКИЙ ГОСТЕВОЙ ДОМ» в городе Москве - СТОЛИЦЕ РОССИИ!. Но видимо Вы не учли, что армяне тоже знают где «лужок» иногда трапезничает. Поэтому 10 августа 2005 года появился Протокол «рабочей» встречи мэра Москвы и мэра Еревана…сразу с Программой сотрудничества!?, по которой «Ереванский дом» уже 04 октября 2005г. (745-пп) с Серпуховского Вала «скатился» (во скорость –около двух месяцев - всего 56 дней и никаких инстанций!, для русских и русских инородцев так бы «катиться», а не через турникеты и «одно окно» проклинать «лужка»! ) – правильно Вы подумали – прямо к трапезной мэра –по адресу: Москва, ул. Садовая-Спасская. д.20 стр.1, зря что ли «государственным заказчиком по проектированию и строительству» ереванского ДУХА определили Департамент самого «ЛУЖКА». Юрий Михайлович, Бог с ними с Армянами, нам с ними детей не крестить…! Но как Вы поступили с нашими русскими, с нашими русскими инородцами? Восемь юридических лиц, около тысячи рабочих мест на 3500 кв.м., при этом отдельные организации имеют «право оперативного управления – бессрочно», аренду имеют с Вами до 2008/9/18 годов! Да просто поступили, пришли армяне в сопровождении продажной «команды» Петрова/Силкина со ссылкой на «лужка» - с доверенностями на армян, не зарегистрированных даже в Москве!, с «поддержкой» милиции на уровне города с угрозами, с наглостью и выкинули русских на улицу или заставили платить «оброк». Так что, не только мне, уважаемый градоначальник – Юрий Михайлович Лужков - Вы должны!
[Да, Уважаемый Градоначальник, убедительное к Вам «представление» (как де-факто, Независимого прокурора России): попросите в рамках Программы сотрудничества с мэром Еревана – главу Представительства мэрии г. Еревана в Москве «господина» Нагапетяна М.Г. – чтобы не натравливал (не организовывал проверки, не мстили от имени «лужка») милицию, прокуратуру, ФСБ на русских людей, вина которых только в том, что: им не повезло с подчиненными нового градоначальника столицы России, столицы русского Человека, столицы русских и русских инородцев – у которых не оказалось сдерживающей совести. Юрий Михайлович, восстановите законность].

Степашин Сергей Вадимович,
 будучи Председателем Правительства России присвоил в свою пользу деньги за работу - по возвращению денег бывшего СССР из Швейцарии порядка 600.000.000(шестьсот млн.) ам.долл. - за работу, которую осуществила команда Независимого прокурора России (в том числе А.В. Белов - коллега «геракла/фальшьстартера кандидата в Президенты России на 2008 год», забытый и преданный «гераклом»).
При этом данный факт имел публичное подтверждение, когда Степашин и Матвиенко представляли нового министра по Печати России – Лесина и желали здоровья экс-председателю Госкомпечати России Лапину. (Примечание: Шиятый замещал государственную должность – начальника правого Управления Госкомпечати России).
Как общеизвестно, «гномики» (в очень добром смысле слова, называют в обиходе швейцарцы сами себя) сверх пунктуальны по договоренностям. Поэтому есть основания утверждать, что Степашин лично, незаконно, получил не заработанные им деньги, при этом уже будучи Председателем Счетной палаты Федерального Собрания «прятался» от Шиятого, как тот… «школьник».

Путин Владимир Владимирович,
 действующий Президент России – за не обеспечение моих конституционных гарантий государственного служащего в связи с ликвидацией Госкомпечати России за период с 01.10.1999 года – и не назначением на государственную должность (по мотиву: «не питерский», поэтому утверждаю, что имея государственного служащего Шиятого в команде Путина – Россия, каждый Человек России не только бы не получили «зурабовых, устиновых, шорых…и пр. низостей», многие теперешние беды людей России в Ваше президенство просто не могли бы появиться. А Человек России получит не просто Ваши слова про «мух, котлет и сопли…» - русский Человек, русский инородец – получит ОДНУ РОДИНУ!

Перефразируя самого Человеколюбивого пророка в мироздании – КОНФУЦИЯ, который творил в Китае примерно 2500 лет назад – могу заверить РУССКИХ людей, заверить РУССКИХ ИНОРОДНЫХ людей и заверяю всех людей планеты ВОЗДУХ-ВОДА-ЗЕМЛЯ:
«Если ВЫ позовете меня – Независимого прокурора России - на службу, де-юре - то за один год в России будут БОЯТЬСЯ не соблюдать Коституцию России, бояться не соблюдать и другие ЗАКОНЫ - все чиновники государства, в том числе:
- судов,
- прокуратуры,
- милиции,
- правительства
- и на местах,
а через три года это БОЯЗНЬ - не соблюдать ЗАКОНЫ, желание применять ЗАКОНЫ в пользу Человека России - станет нормой - еще больше», при этом у меня будет не менее трех тысяч учеников, которые смогут пресечь систему и структуру зла на планете В.В.З!».

И все таки завершаю мое обращение к Человеку России, к людям планеты ВОЗДУХ-ВОДА-ЗЕМЛЯ гимном русскому языку, который в 1859 году Тургенев написал в письме к Ламберт о русском языке:
«Для выражения моих и лучших мыслей – он (РУССКИЙ ЯЗЫК) удивительно хорош по своей честной простоте и свободной силе. Странное дело! Этих четырех качеств – честности, простоты, свободы и силы нет в народе – а в языке (РУССКОМ) они есть…Значит будут они и в народе (на планете ВОЗДУХ-ВОДА-ЗЕМЛЯ).»
